Free Information Service

AUSCOAL Super provides a free information service to all AUSCOAL Super members. Members can make an appointment for a face-to-face interview with an AUSCOAL Service Officer by phoning Toll Free 1300 366 212 (all information is strictly private & confidential).

Service Officers are available for appointments in business hours at the Warners Bay and Mackay offices of AUSCOAL Super. The Service Officers also regularly visit the regional mining centres of Cessnock, Singleton, Wollongong, Lithgow, Gunnedah & Mudgee in NSW and Mackay, Rockhampton, Moranbah, Blackwater, Middlemount, Biloela, Emerald, Tieri, Dysart & the Brisbane region in Queensland.

Please note that our Service Officers are not financial advisers and cannot (by law) offer you personal financial advice.
