About the Trustee

AUSCOAL Superannuation Pty Ltd (ABN 70 003 566 989; AFSL 246864; RSE L0002783) is the Trustee Company that is responsible for the Fund's management and investment decisions.

It is wholly owned by the NSW Minerals Council (NSWMC), the CFMEU and the Queensland Resources Council (QRC), on behalf of coal industry employers and trade unions. The Board of Directors of the Trustee Company consists of employer and member representatives in equal numbers and one independant director. The names of the Directors are:

The Trustee has in place a number of committees, namely Investment Committee, Audit, Risk & Compliance Committee and Remuneration & Organisational Development Committee and Claims Committee. These Committees meet on numerous occasions throughout the year.
